Open Solis and tap the '+' button to add apps you want to monitor. Select the apps from your list and they'll start being tracked immediately.

Yes! All your screen time data stays on your device. We don't collect or store any of your usage information on external servers.

Solis uses iOS's native Screen Time API to provide accurate tracking data. The data is as accurate as Apple's own Screen Time feature.
